by downloading, installing, or using hellocode.ai, you agree to be bound by these terms. if you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. description of service
hellocode.ai is an ai-powered integrated development environment. features may change, be added, or be removed at our discretion.
3. accounts
you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. you must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. acceptable use
you agree not to use hellocode.ai to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to compromise the integrity of our systems.
5. your code
you retain all ownership of code you write using hellocode.ai. we do not claim any rights to your work product, and your code is never used to train public models.
6. ai outputs
ai-generated suggestions are provided as-is. you are responsible for reviewing and validating any code our agents produce before use in production.
7. fees and billing
paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our 14-day satisfaction guarantee.
8. termination
we may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. you may cancel at any time from your account settings.
9. disclaimers
the service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. limitation of liability
to the maximum extent permitted by law, hellocode.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. governing law
these terms are governed by the laws of the state of delaware, usa.
12. changes
we may update these terms. material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
